The present Privacy Terms and General Conditions are intended to inform the Users of all websites owned by PackGo SAS, collectively and individually referred to as the “Site,” about the scope of protection of their personal data.
The User who accesses the Site and uses the services provided therein acknowledges and accepts these Terms and Conditions, in accordance with the other Terms and Conditions, and Policies established for each service on the Site.
In this regard, we inform that the Site may contain hyperlinks to and from other Internet sites, which may have their own Privacy Terms and Conditions.
When entering the Site, no personal data will be required. However, it may be necessary to provide them when using certain services, and we understand that such processing implies a great responsibility, and we make every effort to protect them.
PackGo SAS is committed to preserving the privacy of Users, respecting the current laws and regulations for the protection of personal data in the Argentine Republic.
The entry of personal data by the User is voluntary, and the User guarantees and is responsible, in any case, for the truthfulness, accuracy, validity, and authenticity of the personal information provided and agrees to keep it updated. The User also consents to the use of their personal information contained on the Site by PackGo SAS.
In compliance with Articles 21 and 24 of Law No. 25.326, its amendments and complementary provisions, PackGo SAS, CUIT 30-71677680-4, with a registered address at Pedro Araoz 5286, Barrio Dean Funes, City of Córdoba, has registered its databases with the NATIONAL REGISTRY OF DATABASES of the NATIONAL DIRECTORATE OF PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION of the PUBLIC INFORMATION ACCESS AGENCY.
PackGo SAS may collect personal information voluntarily entered by Users on the Site, which will be used for the stated purposes.
PackGo SAS considers Users’ data as an asset to be protected from any loss or unauthorized access. Various security techniques are employed to protect such data from unauthorized access by Users within or outside our company. However, PackGo SAS is not responsible for illegal interceptions or breaches of its systems or databases by unauthorized persons. PackGo SAS is also not responsible for the misuse of information obtained through these means. PackGo SAS will maintain the confidentiality of the user’s information as long as such information has not become public or been requested by judicial or governmental authorities.
PackGo SAS does not require or request sensitive information of any kind and for any purpose.
If any of the currently required personal data were classified as sensitive data in the future by the National Directorate of Personal Data Protection or another competent authority, such data may no longer be provided at the voluntary discretion of the Site’s Users.
PackGo SAS guarantees the processing of personal data for all stated purposes. PackGo SAS may share them with individuals or legal entities who are suppliers, contractors, and/or third parties directly or indirectly related to PackGo SAS, to perform tasks or manage collection, advertising, marketing, promotions, sales, and/or any other activity derived from and/or related to the provision of the good and/or service, ensuring the need to protect such personal information with appropriate security measures, prohibiting its disclosure and use for personal purposes.
The User’s provision of personal data is voluntary, granting their consent for the use of personal information by third parties designated by PackGo SAS as required for the provision of the good and/or service they use.
PackGo SAS will maintain the confidentiality of the User’s information as long as such information has not become public or been requested by judicial or governmental authorities. In such situations, PackGo SAS will cooperate with the competent authorities to safeguard the integrity and security of the community and its Users. PackGo SAS may (and Users expressly authorize it to) communicate any personal information about its users to comply with applicable regulations and cooperate with the competent authorities in any investigation of an offense, fraud, infringement of intellectual or industrial property rights, or any other illegal activity that may expose PackGo SAS or its Users to legal liability. This right will be exercised by PackGo SAS to cooperate with the enforcement and execution of the law, regardless of whether there is a judicial or administrative order to that effect.
All of our computer equipment is located in a restricted access area authorized only to previously authorized persons.
All access to the database, both from the Site and our offices, is regulated by computer security mechanisms that ensure its integrity and privacy.
The User of the Site understands and accepts that PackGo SAS may use a tracking system through the use of cookies (“Cookies”).
Cookies are pieces of information that the website sends to internet browsers. The internet browser stores this information on the user’s computer. Cookies allow visitors to navigate our website and, where applicable, enable us to tailor our website and its content to the visitor’s needs and improve results based on User actions. If the cookie function is not enabled, we cannot ensure the proper functioning of the website and its intended operation. The cookies we use on our website do not store data that identifies individuals. The data collected will not be transferred to third parties unless indicated in these Terms and Conditions.

PackGo SAS will retain personal data provided on the Site for the periods established in applicable provisions or, where appropriate, contractual ones.
The data subject may exercise the Right of Access, Rectification, Update, and/or Deletion of their personal data by PackGo SAS.
The personal data subject, upon verification of identity, may freely request and obtain information on their personal data from PackGo SAS at intervals of no less than six months, unless there is a legitimate interest as established in Article 14, Section 3 of Law No. 25.326.
Request for Right of Rectification, Update, and Deletion
Personal data subjects may request the Rectification, Update, and Deletion or Submission to confidentiality of their data by PackGo SAS, as provided in Article 16, Section 1 of Law No. 25.326.
In the event of data transfer or sharing, PackGo SAS is committed to notifying the assignee of the rectification or deletion.
Deletion will not proceed if it could harm the rights or legitimate interests of third parties, or if there is a legal obligation to retain the data.

If the request is incomplete, PackGo SAS may request the missing information and/or documentation from the requester, which must be submitted within ten (10) business days of being requested. The period to respond to the request by providing the required information and/or documentation will begin the day after the receipt of such a requirement.
If ten (10) business days have passed from the receipt of the request for missing information and/or documentation without the requester submitting it, it will be understood that they have withdrawn the request.
